15 year old fined for Drug Trafficking

Wednesday, September 30^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: A 15 year old boy, one of 3 persons charged with drug trafficking, pleaded guilty to the charge when he was arraigned today by Magistrate La Donna John.

He was fined $10,000 and he was given until September 30, 2016 to pay. If he defaults on payment he will serve 3 years at Wagner’s Facility.

The incident occurred on September 29. The police went to a house on Mopan Street and when they searched the attic they found 323 grams of cannabis.

All three persons who were present at the house were charged with drug trafficking. The other defendants were a 17 year old boy and an 18 year old adult but their charges were withdrawn.
