9. CRIMEWednesday, October 7th, 2015. BMG: Ronald Bradley, a 22-year-old Mahogany Heights resident has been freed of a murder charge after beating the case with the aid of his attorney, Oscar Selgado, yesterday.

Gonzalez was accused of shooting and killing female prison officer, Miriam Gillett, back in October 2010 but he was acquitted when Selgado’s no case submission was upheld and Bradley was released after being remanded for 5 years.

Selgado insisted that there was no evidence against his client since the sole witness, Ernest Savery, who was driving a vehicle with Gillett in the passenger seat at the time of the shooting, is now deceased.

Helping to solidify Bradley’s victory, a prison officer who testified was unable to identify the gunman and Bradley walked out of the courtroom a free man.
