Monday, October 19th, 2015. BMG: Another incident of theft occurred in the Hopkins Village on Saturday between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., this time in the form of a burglary at the home of an elderly man.
Albert Lorne Smith, a 69-year-old resident of Sittee Point area, reported that his house was broken into and stolen were electronic and personal items, including his Canadian passport, all totaling to almost $8,000.
Police were able to recover the items and investigations continue.
