BREAKING: UDP projected to win historic third term

Wednesday, November 4^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: The United Democratic Party is projected to win a majority of seats, winning a third term in Government.

The UDP are leading in or have won the following constituencies: Queen’s Square, Mesopotamia, Pickstock, Albert, Port Loyola, Collet, Belize Rural North, Central and South; Corozal Bay, North and South West; Orange Walk North and East, Cayo North, Central, West and Belmopan, Dangriga and Stann Creek West and Toledo East.

The People’s United Party (PUP) have won or are leading in these constituencies: Fort George, Caribbean Shores, Freetown, Lake Independence, Corozal Southeast, Orange Walk Central and South, Cayo North East and South and Toledo West.

The Belize Progressive Party (BPP) did not win any seats but their candidates picked up some support and played spoiler in at least two constituencies.
