Thief makes off with motorcycle

9. CRIMEMonday, November 9th, 2015. BMG: Allen Vernon, a 21-year-old employee of Puma Gas Station on Freetown Road in Belize City, reported to police on Saturday, November 7th that his 100cc Meilun motorcycle was stolen from outside his apartment.

Vernon told officers that about half an hour after arriving home and parking his motorcycle valued at $1,807.92, he heard it start up and upon looking through his window, saw a male person riding off with it.

Also stolen was Vernon’s helmet which was on the motorcycle at the time, valued at $38.22. Police investigations continue.
