BPP logoTuesday, November 10th, 2015. BMG: A press release from the Belize Progressive Party (BPP) issued earlier today, served to inform the general public that it is now one month before the 12th anniversary of the historic United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC), to which Belize is not signed onto.

It states that PM Dean Barrow is once again in the position to do the right thing by signing that convention and the BPP challenges him to do so, in order to stop corruption. It ends by assuring the public that the BPP remains committed to ensuring that a zero-tolerance for corruption will someday become “the rule rather than the exception” in Belize.
