Weak cold front to increase moisture over next few days

Monday, November 23rd, 2015. BMG: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting sunny skies with cloudy spells today and mostly cloudy skies tonight. radar feature november 23rdA few showers will affect mainly Southern and some coastal areas this morning and Northern as well as inland areas this afternoon. A few showers and periods of light rain will affect mostly the coast tonight.

Winds will be blowing from the North-Northeast at 5-15 knots and the sea state will be choppy.

High temperatures today are expected around 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 91 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 77 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.

A high tide is expected tonight at 7:47 and a low tide this afternoon at 1:32.

The Sun will set at 5:16 this evening.

The extended forecast into tomorrow night calls for cloudy skies with some showers or periods of light rain mostly along the coast.
