The Vision Inspired by the People’s (VIP) withdraws challenge against election validity

By Aaron Humes: The Vision Inspired by the People’s (VIP) case challenging the validity of the 2015 General Elections has been withdrawn, according to Senior Counsel Hubert Erlington.

The group had suggested voters were disenfranchised because constituencies did not have a nearly-as-equal-as-possible amount of voters in each division as required by the Representation of the People Act in the Constitution.

Erlington add that they will pursue recourse in a different path.
