By Aaron Humes: The Supreme Court is holding an in-chamber hearing on leave to apply for judicial review by Xtra House owner Jack Charles against the Belize Agricultural Health Authority’s (BAHA) refusal to release Guyanese rice from Big Creek Port.

Circle R Products, representing producers from Blue Creek and Shipyard in Orange Walk and Spanish Lookout in Cayo have been made a party to the case.
