By BMG Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting mostly cloudy skies with a few showers or periods of light rain mainly over northern and inland areas this morning, then spreading to coastal areas this afternoon and tonight.
Winds will be blowing from the West-Northwest at 10-20 knots and the sea state will be choppy.
High temperatures today are expected around 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 82 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 75 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
A high tide is expected this evening at 5:34 and a low tide this morning at 11:49.
The Sun will set at 5:31 this evening.
The extended forecast into tomorrow night calls for variably cloudy and cool conditions. Light showers or rain will occur over the sea and in the south and little to no rainfall is expected elsewhere.
