O.C of Benque Viejo, Supt. Daniel Arzu visited 27 families in his area and found that the main concerns included noise pollution, quicker police response time and more police patrols.
In San Ignacio, O.C Andrew Alvarez and his team filled out 73 meet and greet forms, finding that the public was concerned about officers drinking alcohol while in uniform and wanted more public relations with the police.
People were very appreciative to see Alvarez taking time out to meet with them personally and expressed their support for the Community Oriented Policing Program (COPP).
This practice will continue on a weekly basis.
