Six arrested for less than 4 ounces of weed

By BMG Staff: Six persons were arrested and charged for ‘possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply’ and ‘possession of controlled drugs’ yesterday morning after a police search at their residence, yielded 105.7 grams of cannabis.

Officers searched the home of 20-year-old Akeem Alexander Guzman on 8^th Street in San Ignacio Town, Cayo District, at around 6:35 a.m., at which time, 22-year-old Shakeem Gerald Guzman, 18-year-old Oscar Dante Guzman, 22-year-old Gian Carlo Espat, 40-year-old Geraldine Flores and a 16-year-old female, were all present along with Akeem.

After the drugs were found inside the residence, all six persons were arrested and charged.
