Coming 3 years after the arrival of a 4G network, BTL’s executive chair Anwar Barrow says that investment was worthy for its time and served the company well, but LTE is more efficient and fits the company’s determination to be top within the region.
BTL is partnering with the upstart Huawei Technologies to implement the $40 million, five-year project, which includes building sixty new cell sites from Corozal to Toledo, to reach new consumers.
