He reported to police that sometime between Friday and Tuesday morning, 1,000 cement blocks valued at $2,000, 450 steel rods valued at $10,800, 400 pieces of lumber valued at $5,200 and 150 sacks of Maya cement valued at $2,700, all to a total of $20,700, were stolen from his compound.
Police were able to locate 37 of the cement blocks and arrested 50-year-old Jewel Emmanuel Waight, 51-year-old Richmand Isiac Gillett and 38-year-old Denbigh Dwight Neal, all of Belize City, for the offense of ‘handling stolen goods’.
Police continues to investigate.
