34-year-old Guatemalan found with weed in Benque

By BBN Staff: On Saturday afternoon in Benque Viejo Town, Cayo District, a Guatemalan National was arrested and charged for the offense of ‘possession of controlled drugs’ after he was busted by police with cannabis in his pants pocket.

While patrolling on George Price Boulevard in that municipality around 3:15 p.m., officers noticed a suspicious person who was later identified as 34-year-old Miguel Angel Ramos Castellon of Santa Elena Peten, Guatemala. He was searched and officers found eight grams of cannabis.

Castellon was then informed of the offense committed and arrested.
