Muslim family comes under siege from Special Branch

BBN Staff: A Hattieville family home was raided and the Ahmad family held for hours then released without explanation. 

Senior police sources, from Commissioner Allen Whylie to all Eastern Division commanders, deny knowledge of the incident, and culpability has been assigned to the shadowy Special Branch led by former GSU commander Marco Vidal, who may be trying to link local Muslims to the terror networks of the Middle East – Al Qaeda and Islamic State.

The Ahmad family says it will be issuing a statement on Wednesday.
