Attendees can sample a wealth of foodie-appeal, from delectable ancient Maya flavours to the cultural spices of the Garifuna and Mestizos.

The event features several culinary and related competitions: Belize Master Chef, Amateur Cook, Bartender of the Year, Cup Cake Decorating and Cake Decorating Competition.
