Mark Flowers meets bail on sex charges

Aaron Humes: Police Superintendent Mark Flowers, head of the Gang Suppression Unit (GSU), accused of two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, has been offered and met bail of 7 thousand 500 dollars.

According to attorney Richard “Dickie” Bradley, he has been ordered to stay away from his 13-year-old accuser and must surrender travel documents and report to the police station nearest his residence for the duration of the matter against him, which will be heard in Belmopan Magistrate’s Court on September 26th, 2015.
