By BBN Staff: The general weather forecast for the following 24-36 hours is for a slight decrease in moisture over our area.
The 24 hour forecast is for partly cloudy skies with few showers and thunderstorms mainly over northern and central areas today then over southern and some coastal areas later tonight.
Winds will blow from an east to southeast direction at 10 – 20 knots. The sea state is moderate with no warnings so far.
High temperatures for today will be at 89º Fahrenheit along the coast, 93º Fahrenheit inland and 81º Fahrenheit up in the hills. Low temperatures for tonight are expected to be at 81º Fahrenheit along the coast, 74º Fahrenheit inland and 68º Fahrenheit in the hills.
The sun will set tonight at 6:18 p.m. and rise at 5:36 a.m. on Tuesday. The moon will rise at 4:12 later this evening and set at 3:50 .m. on Tuesday morning.
