3 Teenagers Arrested In Orange Walk for Home Invasion Robbery

By BBN Staff: Police in Orange Walk have arrested 3 teenagers for a home invasion robbery that happened on September 29, 2016.
According to reports, Kenny Carranza, 28, of Trial Farm Village, Orange Walk reported that on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., while at home along with her two neighbors and some children, three male persons on a scooter and a bicycle came to her house with rags over their faces, one armed with what appeared to be a 9 mm pistol and the others with knives.
The young boys then robbed them of their cell phones, jewelry and cash.
One of the male person then hit her neighbor on his head with the handgun.
Thereafter all occupants in the house were placed inside a room, after which the culprits made good their escape.
Police have since detained a 19-year-old, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old all of Otro Benque Street, Orange Walk Town pending investigation.
