BPP condemns latest aggression by GAF

By BBN Staff: The Belize Progressive Party (BPP) today issued a release condemning the latest act of aggression by the Guatemalan Armed Forces against our Belize Defense Force.

“This is very disturbing, however even more disturbing is the fact that the Brigadier General seems to down play the aggressive behavior of the GAF. In fact it seems that he intentionally try to hide these incidents,” the release explains.

The party is calling on all Belizeans at home and abroad to urge the U.S. Government to stop arming the GAF and urge the Belize Government to file complaints with all embassies and the UN Security Council.
