Breaking: Another murder in Belize City

By BBN Staff: Less than 24 hours after a child was killed and his cousin injured in a shooting, another person has lost his life in the old capital.

The incident occurred last night and according to confirmed reports, the victim was Andrew Williams, a taxi driver from the Lake Independence area of Belize City.

Information to BBN is that he had reportedly stopped to purchase items at a grocery shop when a gunman on foot shot him.

He died on the scene.

The motive for his murder at this time remains a mystery, but police investigations continue.
