Breaking: House burning in Libertad

By BBN Staff:  A house is currently burning to the ground in the village of Libertad in the Corozal district.

The house, owned by a man who is known at this time only as Mr. Cyril was allegedly set ablaze almost 30 minutes ago.

Libertad village is about 9 miles away from Corozal Town and up to the posting of this story fire officials from Corozal are yet to arrive on the scene.

According to information provided to BBN, Mr. Cyril died yesterday of respiratory illness and tonight someone purportedly decided to set his house ablaze.
