By BBN Staff: Police are investigating a fire that destroyed two trucks and a shed valued at $102,000.
According to reports, Raymond Cattouse, 54, a businessman residing at mile 14 on the Philip Goldson Highway and owner of Cattouse Trucking service reported to police that on November 23, 2016 about 9 pm he was informed that his trucks which were parked under a shed about 250 feet away from his residence were on fire.
Upon making checks, he encountered the two trucks engulfed in flames – one white Kenworth 1998 model bearing license plate BZ A-4099 valued at $55,000.00, and the other, a white 1992 Peterbuilt with license plate Bz-A-3644 valued at $45,000.00.
Both trucks and the shed had a total value of $102,000 and were completely destroyed by the fire.
Police are investigating.
