PG woman loses house to fire

By BBN Staff: A woman from PG lost her house to a fire on November 29, 2016.

According to reports, Linda Maithe Gomez, 42, of Bribri Street, Indian Ville area, Punta Gorda reported to police that on November 29, 2016 about 12:37 p.m., she left her residence well secured and at around 3:48 p.m., she received a phone call that her house was on fire.

When she went to check on her house she saw that it was engulfed in flames and all her household items were destroyed.

Her house and items were not insured and amounted to a value of

$2,970.

The cause of the fire is unknown and police are investigating.
