By BBN Staff: A group of Belizean activists were banned from entering the National Assembly building this morning.

Henry Gillett, Paul Ferguson, Raymond Rivers and Giovanni Bracket are among the activists that were not allowed to enter the House of Representatives.

The ban was put in place by the House Speaker because of an outburst that happened at the last house meeting.  Absent from parliament is Julius Espat, member for the Cayo South division due to his suspension from the National Assembly by the House Speaker.

Today, members of parliament will be debating three loan motions.

BBN will be sharing more information on these three loan motions later today.
