“Krismus Eena di Paak” starts December 15

BBN Staff: A new holiday event entitled “Krismus enna di paak” is a three-day party in downtown Belize city.

It all takes place at the Battle field park starting on Thursday, December 15 and goes through to Sunday, December 18 from midday to 10 p.m.

The festivities will include brukdong music, Creole drumming, dancing and steel band performances as well as storytelling and other elements.

There also will be food booths selling local wines and preserves, game meats, sweets and pastries and a variety of other delicacies.

The event combines the musical elements of “Krismus Bram” with the “KREM Krismus” slate of giveaways and other holiday traditions.

It will also be a forum for the promotion of local businesses through the sale of food, arts and crafts and entertainment that will appeal to Belizeans and visitors.
