Man kills common law wife?

By BBN Staff: Michelle Moreira was recently discovered dead by police with chop wounds across her body.

According to ACP Edward Broaster, her common law husband has since been detained by Ladyville police.

He is being treated as a primary suspect in Moreira’s death according to Broaster.

The suspect told police that last time he saw the victim was the Saturday before she was reported missing.

However, police investigations have revealed that he was the last person seen with her hours before her death.

The couple lived in an abandon house on the Burrel Boom road according to Broaster.
