BDF bomb expert to dispose of found grenade

By BBN Staff: As we had reported yesterday, the Gang Suppression Unit (GSU) found a live grenade while conducting a search in the Yabra area.

According to reports, the GSU found the grenade in an abandoned lot between two homes.

The grenade has been classified as an M26-A1 fragmentation hand grenade.

It is to be disposed of by the BDF bomb expert.

No one was in the area at the time of the discovery so no charges were made.
