MOTORYCLE DRIVER`S LICENSE MUST BE AUTHORISED ONLY TO 21 YEARS AND OLDER. UNDER THAT AGE OF 21 YRS., THEY HAVE NOT GAINED ENOUGH EXPERIENCE ON THE ROAD. THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED TO CONTROL IN THEMSELVES THE DEMON FOR SPEED. SORRY, BUT TRUE,AND SO SORRY FOR THE YOUNG LIFE LOST, AND CONDOLENCE TO HIS LOVED ONES.
