According to police reports, officers arrived on the scene at around 1:25 a.m. where they saw the motionless body of Antonio Cabanas, 59.
He and his wife, Bridget Cabanas, left Hope Creek around 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night and while heading home he lost control of the ATV they were traveling on.
The ATV was was found on top of the couple.
Bridget Cabanas is presently at the Southern Regional Hospital in a stable condition.
