By BBN Staff: According to police reports, last night police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they saw the body of 29-year-old Mark Anthony Jones of #189 Pelican Street Extension, Belize City, with gunshot wounds to the hand, side and back.
Investigations reveale that Jones was walking inside his yard when a male person approached and fired several shots at him causing his injuries.
Jones was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival at 9:22 p.m.
The body now awaits a post mortem examination.
Police investigations continue.
