Belmopan man charged for sex with minor

By BBN Staff: Last Thursday a 43-year-old father visited the Belmopan Police Station along with his 13-year-old daughter who reported that on January 7, she left her home at 1:00 a.m. to meet one Jonathan Che at his residence, where they had sexual intercourse.

A medical examination was conducted on the girl and doctors certified that she was carnally known.

Che, 34, was arrested and charged for the crime of “unlawful sexual intercourse”.
