By BBN Staff: According to information from police, a body was found yesterday morning between miles 19-20 on the Philip Goldson Highway.
The person has been identified as John Ortis, 44, of Biscayne Village.
Police have detained one person pending investigation.
Police believe that the motive was robbery.
