According to Briceno; BTL, BEL and BWSL are all on the table in a proposal written to Prime Minister Dean Barrow.
We have not been able to speak with PM Barrow but we are in the process of reaching out to him so as to provide him an opportunity to confirm or refute this worrisome allegation.
These companies, we are told, will be lumped together as one and sold for an estimated quarter billion dollars.
