Pitts and Vega to appear in court

By BBN Staff: After walking away with almost one million dollars from government coffers, Sharon Pitts and Andre Vega will be going to court as the government attempts to recover those monies.

Pitts has been served with her claim and has filed her defense. Andre Vega was served yesterday and his attorney will have 28 days to file a defense.

Pitts and Vega walked away with those monies after the government compensated them for lands they unduly received.

The date for case management had not yet been announced.
