Southwest Airlines and BTB celebrate inaugural flight from Denver to Belize

By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Southwest Airlines along with the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) inaugurated the new non-stop flight from Denver International Airport to Belize City, Belize.

As part of the inauguration, customers heard remarks in the gate area at the Denver International Airport from Southwest and BTB officials and Belize’s Minister of Tourism, Manuel Heredia.

A band and samba dancers also performed at the event.

Southwest is the only carrier to serve this nonstop route and operates Saturday-only however it will move to Saturday/Sunday service on the June 4 schedule which operates through August 14, 2017.
