Two men injured in Toledo shooting

By BBN Staff: Two men are injured after a single shot was fired in a bar at around 10:55 p.m. on Saturday night in San Pedro Columbia in the Toledo District.

According to police information, 21-year-old Melvin Hernandez, and 24-year-old Benjamin Trapp, were both seen suffering from gunshots wounds in the Punta Gorda Hospital.

Hernandez was seen suffering from (4) pellet wounds on the neck area and (3) pellet wounds on the right shoulder, while Trapp was seen suffering with (1) pellet wound on the neck (1) pellet wounds on the right arm, (1) pellet wound on the right leg and (1) pellet wound on the right side of his buttocks.

Police investigation reveals that someone from behind the bar fired a single gunshot in their direction causing their injuries.

Police investigation continues.
