Policeman knocked down in Belize City

By BBN Staff: A police officer was knocked off his motorcycle a few minutes ago in Belize City.

According to eyewitness accounts, he was near the corner of King and Albert Street when a van collided into him.

The nature of his injuries is not yet known but we can confirm that he is alive.
