By BBN Staff:  The Minister of State, Elodio Aragon Jr. and the Ministry of Home Affairs extends deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Police Constable Marvin Locke Sr. who was senselessly killed in the line of duty yesterday afternoon in Belize City.
