By BBN Staff: The Office of the Ombudsman today announced the launch of a new website.

The new site offers a fresh new look, easier navigation, comprehensive information, and links to other relevant authorities and institutions.

The website also facilitates making a complaint and rating the service online.

The main goal in designing this new website was to offer the user, a quicker, easier way to obtain updated information about Belize’s Ombudsman and the complaints process and to actually make a complaint.

Visit the new website at www.ombudsman.gov.bz, and explore links to annual reports, legislation, forms, Facebook, contact information, and other useful websites in the country.
