By BBN Staff: On Saturday the Belize Humane Society conducted its first spay and neutering surgery clinic for this year at the St. Ignatius Primary School in Belize City.
More than 60 animals from the Mesopotamia area benefited from these free surgeries.
Normally, these services would cost upwards of $200.
Another free session will be held later this year. We are told that the Belize Humane Society will need more volunteers to assist in this next event.
