By BBN Staff: According to police reports, last night around 10:41, police responded to a report of a fire at Ladyville R.C School where they observed the lower flat of a two story building engulfed in flames.
Fire personnel managed to extinguish the flames.
The value of items and damages are unknown at this time.
The principal of Ladyville R.C School reported that at approximately 4:00 p.m. she locked up her office and all appeared to be in order and about 10:50 p.m. she received a call from police that the school building was on fire.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
Police are investigating.
