Taxi man held up at knife point

By BBN Staff:Last night around 8:20, a 57-year-old taxi man was held up at knife point on the George Price Highway.

Ernesto Robinson reported to police that he was stopped by a man and then held up and cut to the neck and face.

Police quickly responded to the incident. The vehicle was found overturned and extensively damaged near mile 14 on the George Price highway.

Police have also detained a San Ignacio man believed to be the assailant in this incident.
