Police mum on rape case involving Magistrate

By BBN Staff: A Magistrate working down South is accused of raping a woman who visited his home.

The incident allegedly occurred sometime before 10 a.m. on April 11.

The woman reportedly told police on Sunday, April 23 that the Magistrate invited her to his home where he took off her clothes and had sex with her against her will.

She has since made a police report and requested legal action, however, the Magistrate has not been arrested or charged as yet. The media questioned police about the incident this morning, however, no official report on the incident was been forthcoming. Police have not indicated when a report on this allegation will be made available.
