Police finds gun and ammo on empty lot

By BBN Staff: Yesterday around 3:30 p.m., police searched  an empty lot  located at  mile three (3) on the Phillip Goldson Highway which led to the discovery of a black and chrome .25 hand pistol with wooden pistol grip and a magazine containing(4) 6.35 live ammunition.

No one was in the area at the time off the search and  the weapon was deposited as “found property”.
