By BBN Staff: Today, the Embassy of Mexico and ProMexico (the Mexican trade and investment agency) held a Commercial Mission to Belize where seven companies from Cancun and Merida displayed their products and services.
From beach footwear and sandals, packaging materials, to construction and pool finishes, as well as waste management systems and software development services were showcased at the Mission.
During the event, companies from both sides of the border exchanged information and shared ideas about business opportunities in the Mexican and Belizean markets.
Officials from ProMexico, the State of Quintana Roo, the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Commerce, Beltraide, as well as representatives from the Chetumal Chamber of Commerce and Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry were present during the Mission.
The aim is to further strengthen the existing ties between Mexico and Belize, increasing commercial and investment opportunities within the region.
