By BBN Staff: A Belize City man was shot sometime after 1:00 this morning on Arlington Drive in Belize City.
He has been identified as Telswin Lara, 30.
According to police reports, he was shot to the lower back and remains in a stable condition at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital.
