By BBN Staff: On Saturday, Power Gym fitness center in Quintana Roo, Chetumal hosted a body building competition.
Among the participating athletes were five Belizeans including Belize’s very own five time champion, Mr. Belize, Rigo Vellos and Mr. Physique, Rigo Menjivar.
In the Mr. Physique category, Menjivar won 1st place and Vellos won 2nd place overall for the competition.
Other athletes included Oyinkro Akpobodor, Erick Vasquez who won 1st and 3rd place in their categories and Aurel Lewis.
In July, Spartan Gym in Corozal Town will host the 4th Annual Spartan Fitness Classic.
