By BBN Staff: On Sunday morning, the Port Loyola area erupted in violence.
Telswin Lara, was at his home on Arlington Drive when a gunman showed up and shot him in his lower back.
Police have arrested the man believed to have been involved in that incident.
He is eighteen year old Dane Gillett. On Monday he was charged with use of deadly means of harm and grievous harm.
